Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders to residential addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories, will receive our discounted shipping rate with no mark-up on our end.

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. For consumer satisfaction, all orders are subject for review which may cause a slight delay in processing your order. 
  • Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.

Tracking an order

  • You will receive tracking information from Shippo via email after placing your order. Your order could be easily tracked with the click of one button.

Canceled Orders

  • Orders may not be modified/canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email corporate@pastlifeattire.com immediately and we will do our best to correct this.

  • Past Life Attire is not responsible for:
    • Lost packages or packages delayed in transit
    • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
    • Wrong addresses given by customers
    • Damage to orders by postal service
    • PO box issues
    • Stolen packages after delivery
  • The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
